For Women Scotland Ltd(Appellant) v The Scottish Ministers(Respondent)[2025] UKSC 16

Delighted to welcome the landmark UK Supreme Court Judgement on sex based rights for women under the UK’s Equality Act. The court found that 'that the terms “man”, “woman” and “sex” in the EA 2010 refer to biological sex'.
